Molly Manley

Molly Manley spent most of her childhood in San Mateo, California, and has since lived in diverse locations, including San Francisco, Kansas City, O'ahu, San Diego, Rio de Janeiro, Itacoatiara, and Denver. She has called Colorado home for nearly 12 years. Molly earned her degree in Nutritional Science from San Diego State University. Before transitioning to a career as a loan originator, she gained valuable experience as a social worker, Capoeira instructor, and teacher.

Molly prides herself on her responsiveness, integrity, results-oriented approach, strong work ethic, and reliability. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, those seeking down payment assistance, investors, jumbo loan applicants, military VA members, teachers, first responders, doctors, and buyers interested in second homes, particularly condotels and non-warrantable condos.

In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, Cliff, her son Ronin, and their 16.5-year-old dog, Rudy. Cliff has a passion for working on antique cars and motorcycles, and the couple often rides around town together. They also enjoy biking, snowboarding, going on 1-Up family dates, and hosting backyard BBQs.
